What you can post

Real offers from real businesses, honest reviews of your experiences, and business information that is accurate and yours to share.

What is not allowed

• Unlawful content, or content that promotes illegal activity
• Hate speech, harassment, or content that targets people or groups
• Sexually explicit material
• Graphic violence
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark
• Misleading, fraudulent, or bait-and-switch offers
• Spam, or the same content posted repeatedly
• Content posted on behalf of a business you don't represent

Reviews

• Reviews must reflect genuine experiences
• You can't review your own business — owner reviews are removed
• Reviews are for customers; vendors can respond through their dashboard

How to report

Every coupon and vendor page has a report button (the ⋮ menu). Reports go to our moderation team with the content details attached.

You can also hide all offers from a vendor you don't want to see, from the same menu.

What happens after a report

• Content removed — violating coupons or reviews are taken down
• Temporary suspension — repeated or serious violations suspend the account
• Ban — severe or persistent abuse permanently removes the account

Our moderation team reviews every report. Actions are documented with a reason.
