How to delete your account

1. Open the TodayOnMain app and go to Settings
2. Tap Delete Account and confirm

Deletion is available to every user at any time. There is no need to email us, but you may contact Info@todayonmain.com if you have trouble.

What is deleted

• Your account (email, name, phone, password)
• Your device push tokens
• Your business profile (vendors): logo, address, and description
• Your coupons' active status — published coupons are removed from the app
• Your review authorship — see below

What is retained, and why

• Reviews and redeemed coupons are retained but anonymized — the author name is replaced with "Deleted user". Reviews and redemption history have value to other users (they reflect real experiences), and removing them would distort business ratings. If you prefer full removal of your reviews, contact Info@todayonmain.com and we will remove them within 30 days.
• Payment and commission records (vendors, agents) — retained where required for tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
• Moderation records — retained to protect the platform (e.g., records of removed content or banned accounts).

Timing

Account deletion takes effect immediately in the app. Residual data cleanup completes within 30 days. Media files (coupon images, videos, logos) are removed from storage within the same period.

Vendor subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Stripe subscription. Cancel your subscription first via the billing portal in the app (Billing → Manage) to avoid future charges, then delete your account.
