Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using TodayOnMain (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By agreeing, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

2. User-Generated Content

The Service allows users to post content, including business coupons (images, videos, and text), business profile information, and customer reviews ("Content").

Ownership and license. You retain ownership of Content you create. By posting Content, you grant TodayOnMain a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that Content within the Service for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

Content standards. You may only post Content that complies with our Content Policy. Prohibited content includes, without limitation: unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or violent material; content that infringes intellectual property; misleading or fraudulent offers; and spam.

Enforcement. We may review, edit, hide, or remove any Content that violates these Terms or the Content Policy, and we may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Reviews of your own business are not permitted and will be removed.

Reporting. Every coupon and vendor page includes a report button. If you believe Content violates our policies, report it — our moderation team reviews reports and takes action as described in the Content Policy.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Vendor subscriptions are billed at $99.00 per month through Stripe, our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled in accordance with Stripe's dispute and refund policies and applicable law. We do not store your card details; all payment information is processed by Stripe.

4. Agent Commissions

Agents earn a commission (50% of the referred vendor's subscription fee) for each active vendor subscription attributed to them via their referral link. Commissions are paid through Stripe Connect to the agent's connected Stripe account. Agents are responsible for their own tax obligations arising from commissions received.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (c) attempt to access accounts or data belonging to others; (d) scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service; (e) post Content on behalf of a business you do not represent; or (f) circumvent redemption, review, or referral controls.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Deals, availability, and business information are provided by vendors; we do not guarantee accuracy or honorability of any offer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TodayOnMain and Angular Holdings LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination and Changes

You may delete your account at any time (see Account Deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be presented for re-acceptance in the app before they take effect for you.
