1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email address, and (optionally) phone number.
  • Vendor business information: business name, address, and category. Business location coordinates are derived from the address you type, using a geocoding service — not from your device's GPS.
  • Content you post: coupon images and videos, business logos, review text, and business profile information.
  • Device push tokens: used solely to deliver notifications you have requested.
  • Approximate location (consumers): if you allow location access, we use your current location only while the app is open, to show how far away each deal is. We do not store your live location history.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to: operate your account; display your business and coupons to consumers; deliver coupon redemptions and reviews; process vendor subscriptions and agent commissions; send notifications; and keep the Service safe (content moderation).

Device permissions: photos (choose images for coupons and logos), camera and microphone (take photos and record videos), and location (deal distance, only while the app is open) — each requested at the moment of use and revocable in your device settings at any time.

3. Third-Party Services

  • Stripe — payment processing and agent payouts. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store them. Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Cloudflare (R2) — storage and delivery of media you upload.
  • Expo — delivery of push notifications to your device.
  • Google Places API — converting typed addresses into map coordinates.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Your account data is retained while your account is active. You may delete your account at any time — see Account & Data Deletion for what is deleted and what is retained.

5. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including California and the EU/EEA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us below or use the in-app account deletion flow.

We do not sell personal information.
